We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn/unused

• With all original tags, case, accessories, and documentation included

• Returned with proof of purchase

Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

U.S. Orders (Free Returns)

For orders delivered within the United States:

• Free returns on eligible items

• We provide a prepaid return shipping label once the return is approved

International Orders (Buyer-Paid Returns)

For orders delivered outside the United States:

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• Any import duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable

• Any re-import fees associated with the return must be paid by the buyer

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Hazardous/restricted materials (if applicable)

• Items not returned in original condition

Exchanges

To receive your preferred item quickly, return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider time to process the credit.
